Information about the surrounding area and the unit will be provided. Walk to the latest downtown venues and jog round nearby parks from this location, directly across from the Richmond Visitors Center. Eastern Kentucky University is also convenient for here, while many places to eat and drink are on the doorstep.

Cozy upstairs 2 bed apartment offers a clean comfortable stay near downtown Richmond and the EKU campus. Centrally located for ease of commuting to downtown, Wal-mart, Kroger, Richmond Centre shopping and numerous restaurants. Easy check in / check out process. Security cameras on site. Egyptian cotton towels and microfiber sheets provided. Full size washer / dryer in unit. This unit can be noisy during weekdays from 6 am to 5 pm from the granite business next door. Located 7 minutes from I-75.

Slipper Rock Cabin

Called “Slipper Rock” in memory of Bessie Lakes, an elderly lady that lived on farm many years ago. She could be heard laughing while playing in the stream that runs by the cabin. She called the stream “Slipper Rock”. The newly built cabin sits on 15 acres. Numerous hiking trails & horseback riding trails. Some trails in Daniel Boone National Forest. Bring your own horses. Relax sitting on porch, by fire pit or on rocks by stream. Nothing prettier than the night sky. Hope to see you all soon.

Our full basement apartment with private entrance is modest but comfortable. Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

College-town Comfort

Centrally located in Richmond, KY with easy access to I-75. The house is a 6 minute drive to downtown Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University. A new park is 3 minutes away. Several grocery stores are close; 10 minute drive from restaurants and entertainment. The new Richmond Sports Complex and Lexington Sporting Club Youth Complex are an easy, short drive away. This charming house is great for a couple, two couples, or a family visiting the area! Guests breaking house rules will be vacated.

Richmond Retreat by Raydarr Properties, LLC

Older home with lots of character located within walking distance of downtown Richmond. If you like the outdoors there is a porch with a swing, and a sitting area in the back yard with a fish pond. Located approx. 2 miles off of I-75. The driveway goes behind the house for parking, and is quite narrow. There is plenty of room in the driveway to park out front (which is also safe), if you are unable to squeeze through. The driveway side of the yard is open, so the backyard is not fully fenced.

Berea Painter's Cottage

Eclectic, clean, comfortable cottage featuring original artwork, located in walking distance of Berea College campus, Artisan Village/Old Town area, art galleries, unique shops, The Lot, Rebel Rebel, Nightjar, Sunhouse Craft, and Native Bagel. A short drive to the Pinnacles and kayaking at Owsley Fork Lake. The location is great! A cozy patio in front of the home with a swing and a tree canopied deck in back that feels like being in a treehouse. Basic TV channels and high-speed internet.

The Artist's Tranquil Nest & Studio

Nestled near Central Kentucky Wildlife Reserve, The Nest offers an entire upper floor for one price with two private rooms: Chickadee’s Nest (queen) & Sparrow's Nest (king and trundle), a Gathering room with a sleeper sofa, Paris Coffee Room, bird bath (bathroom), bird perch (deck), wifi, monitor/cable in each room. Art classes are offered upon request by children's book author/illustrator, Lori McKeel, for an additional fee. Separate entrance and plenty of privacy and parking.

We’re a working farm on the edge of the city limits in an older non-gentrified neighborhood. Surrounded by the Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, Rupp Arena, Fort Boonesboro, Red River Gorge and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Easy access to I-64, I-75, and Mountain Parkway - gateway to Appalachia.

The Nelson House-Walk to EKU

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom.
