Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

The Getaway Lake Escape is a cozy cottage along the scenic Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail, offering seasonal lake views and mature gardens. Fully equipped with all the essentials, it's just a short drive to wineries, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Located in a quiet, private community with shared lake access just a 2-minute walk away—perfect for swimming and unwinding. Relax in the year-round hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage after a day of exploring.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Amazing lake views and just steps away from the water, directly across the street is a marina and public beach with lifeguards, picnic area and playground for your enjoyment. Nestled between many great wineries/breweries/restaurants. Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.
