The apartment has recently been completely renovated and includes a tiled rain shower, soaking tub and large private back deck. It is just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; and 35 minutes to Burlington.

Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes, and goats, hens, ducks, geese and dogs.
