This lovely home is based just off the market square in the wonderful market town of Masham. Close to all the local attractions, Masham boasts two breweries, a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafés. Alongside regular markets there are beautiful galleries, a glass blowing workshop, and many gift & sweet shops! Masham is a perfect start point for outdoor pursuits, there are many beautiful circular walks for all abilities and cyclists will be spoilt for choice for routes into the dales and beyond

Tethera Nook - a beautifully crafted retreat

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

The newly refurbished property boasts exceptional far reaching views across the rolling countryside and the south facing patio is a fantastic space to watch the wild deer that come up from Sandy Beck. Ideally located alongside Brokes giving direct access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, the property offers luxury living with great days out on your doorstep.

Newly converted cottage Hawes

Quirky, stylish and very central. This charming cottage will accommodate 2 people and boasts all the facilities expected from a much larger property. What the cottage lacks in size, it certainly makes up for in location and home comforts. Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

The Garth has many walks straight from the door and family-friendly activities: horse riding, mountain biking, Richmond castle, limestone caves, historic railway and lead mines. The village pub and tearooms are close by (check times). You’ll love our place, with its fantastic panoramic views from all rooms . It is a lovely place to stay for couples, walking groups and families with kids. APRIL-OCTOBER: FULL weeks, FRIDAYs ONLY. Rest of year, shorter breaks any day .

'Ruth's Place' is a 2 bedroom annexe adjoining our family home. Situated on the outskirts of Scorton village. With plenty of walks right from the doorstep, walking distance to the 2 village pubs, village shop, and tea room. Located 5 miles to Richmond and 5 minutes drive to A1 Scotch Corner.

Garrs End Laithe- Barn conversion, Grassington

A stunning barn conversion recently completed in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, Grassington. Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.

The Old School

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.

The Bothy

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
