This one-of-a-kind luxury brownstone, with parking, is located on one of Hoboken‘s prettiest streets. This warm and inviting home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an in-unit washer/dryer. The home’s beautiful wooden doors open into a chefs‘ kitchen with an oversized island that has four barstools and a wet bar. Entertain with your indoor grill and six-burner stove. You will enjoy a private suite in our home with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, dresser, comfortable chair and Samsung 50” TV. A second bedroom has a full size bed. The suite also has a living and dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a skylight! The space is open and light filled looking out onto a beautiful tree filled backyard and garden. The front patio has a stunning cherry tree which is full of ripe cherries in late June!! At this time, no pets permitted.

Live like a Brooklyn local in this truly special 1910 townhouse. You'll enjoy a suite which is part of where I live. Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
