La Botteguccia

"La Botteguccia" è situata nel centro storico di Rieti, in posizione tranquilla e a due passi dalla piazza centrale, il teatro Flavio Vespasiano e la stazione dei treni e degli autobus, in una zona ben fornita di ristoranti tipici e locali notturni in cui bere qualcosa. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è molto luminoso e si trova al secondo piano di un edificio storico. E' composto da una camera matrimoniale, una cameretta, un bagno ed un'ampia zona giorno con una cucina attrezzata.

The Archetto apartment is accommodation for tourist use in the heart of the historic center of Rieti in the Ponte Romano area. The apartment is located on the first floor of a period building, it is equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and a spacious double bedroom. The location facilitates travel on foot, given the proximity to every type of service (supermarkets, tobacconists, banks, stations, museums, bars and restaurants) we are waiting for you to make your stay feel like at home.

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Lo stile è unico e provenzale con il pavimento in cotto chiaro, le pietre dipinte di bianco e le caratteristiche travi di legno...i dettagli sono come sempre ricercati per offrirvi il massimo della bellezza e del comfort.

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!

Simona’s house in the woods - Villa Boutique

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.

Casa teatro è un elegante appartamento situato all'interno di un prestigioso palazzo nel cuore del centro storico di Orvieto a pochi passi da Piazza del Popolo e dai piu importati siti turistici della città. L'appartamento è arredato con stile, è luminoso, caratterizzato da soffitti e pareti con affreschi attribuiti al famoso pittore ottocentesco Andrea Galeotti.
