Everything you need in this newly remodeled one bedroom/one bath home, located in the quiet downtown of Iona. It's a private oasis for both business & travel. Our home is across the street from the city park that features; a walking path, tennis/pickle ball/basketball courts, & children's playground. Its 6 miles north-east of Idaho Falls, and close to Highways 20, 26 and I-15. This unique space features a self-check-in key pad, high speed internet and a fully stocked kitchen and laundry on site.

The Tiny Home

Located in Rexburg, Idaho’s only tiny home community, this 250sqft house has quick access to local favorites: Big Jud’s Burgers, The White Sparrow Country Store, Heise Hot Springs and Zip Lining, Kelly Canyon Ski Resort and Yellowstone Bear World. It is only 15 minutes from BYU Idaho and an hour and a half away from Yellowstone National Park. Included in your stay is a washer/dryer combo, a projector, Starlink WiFi and more. This tiny home may be small but will give you a memorable experience!

Welcome to your fabulous suite just steps from the Greenbelt Riverwalk! This place has it all including: A King memory foam bed, 12" Waterfall Shower, comfy futon, 55" Smart TV w/ Fiber internet, Washer & Dryer, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Dishwasher & Fireplace. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

All of these locations within a 3 minute drive. Ample driveway with plenty of space to park 3 cars.

While sharing just one wall with our adjoining home, you will have a completely separate space, with convenient lockbox access. Cook up a few fresh eggs in the spacious kitchen, and you might notice some of our hens wandering the backyard. Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are less than two hours away!

The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.
