Una de las habitaciones tiene balcón privado, al igual que desde la cocina tienes acceso a un rústico balcón que permite la entrada de aire fresco a la casa.

The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.
