My sweet home is a short walk to local beaches, snorkeling areas, paddle board rentals, spin classes and a beautiful trail along the ocean. It is also an easy walking distance to the lovely town plaza, restaurants and shops, yet located in a quiet, established neighborhood. Enjoy the private garden entrance, covered outdoor living area and a private sitting garden among beautiful tropical plants and trees. There is a stairway to the roof top for sunrises and sunsets. This is a home, not a hotel.

It is very quiet! 1 free parking space conveniently located in front of the house. Apt is in Puntas, Rincon central to all beaches, restaurants and everything that is rincon! Since this apartment is on the back of the house it is exceptionally quiet. Powerful AC to cool. All newly and fully furnished!

This is a wonderful, clean yet old beach house. However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel or a party house, this is not the place. Cozy Townhouse is a two story rustic beach house located at 2 minutes of walking distance from beaches & aqcuatic sports , restaurants, pubs and downtown Rincon, . Small pool, outside shower, terrace with pool table, hammocks, wet bar, 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning), living-dining room, (no a/c) with dish tv wi-fi, SMALL kitchen and 1 1/2 bathrooms.
