Peaceful Apartment in Historic Hacienda with Private Hot Tub

Embrace the old charm of this residence built over a century ago. The renovated home features concrete countertops, salvaged materials from school buildings, high ceilings, a private backyard with a BBQ dining area, and a shared interior courtyard. The spacious apartment is part of a hacienda style residence that was built over a century ago. The smooth contour of the adobe walls blend well with the more modern kitchen addition that features slanted southern windows for passive radiant heating, in the style of the famous "earthships" that were conceived by Kevin Reynolds. The newly renovated interior was designed for comfort and efficiency and features concrete countertops, salvaged materials from school buildings, a kitchen counter made from a bowling lane, and much more. The kitchen is large and well appointed; it includes extras that you don't often find in a vacation rental: stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a dual oven range, a blender, and a toaster oven. The living space has a thick, soft wool area rug and a large smart TV. The high-end sleeper sofa is amazingly comfortable. The queen bed in the bedroom is also very comfy and has premium linens, down pillows, and a felted wool comforter made in a nearby village. You have the private back yard all to yourself, and it's perfect for outdoor dining in warm weather. When it's cooler, the custom kiva fireplace will keep you warm. You can cook outside on the built in outdoor grill. You can probably squeeze four into the 3-person hot tub. The front door of the apartment opens onto a lovely courtyard with a large old apple tree, a grassy area, and a plum tree. The apartment has a dedicated parking space just a few steps from the back door in a private lot. You have the private back yard and hot tub all to yourselves. The middle courtyard is shared by all condo owners. I am often available to meet you upon arrival and check you in myself, but if not, I will have my apartment manager greet you. If you will be arriving at night, I can leave a key for you. The apartment is located in the old historic district of Taos. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and situated for easy walking access to the plaza and the downtown area. If you have a large group, you may consider also renting my other property in the same building, Best Casita: A Hidden Jewel next to the plaza.

Skiers/Boarders Haven

The two bedroom one bath is comfortable for 3 guests. It has been newly remodeled, very clean and cozy. The decor has been tastefully done. The road is a dead end so very few cars come by which makes it nice and quiet. The location is 15 minute drive to Taos Ski Valley! You can have a great day on the slopes and in minutes be back for a nice warm shower! I have gotten many compliments on the comfortable beds and furniture The WiFi is a very good connection. Light Airy Spacious Retreat Between Santa Fe Taos

The Loft is a lovingly restored 300 year old adobe on the 2nd story of Rancho Manzana. Located on the historic Plaza del Cerro, in the world famous rural town of Chimayo. The main level features huge picture windows, soaring ceilings, a bedroom with a private claw foot soaking tub, a den with a double bed, & the sleeping loft with a double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom with shower. Beautiful views and sunsets, overlooking the apple orchards and red cliffs in the distance.

The Clay Space

The Clay Space is a studio apartment that was once used as an Art Studio. It is located behind Taos Clay in an urban area in El Prado along the main highway, 5 minutes North of the Taos Plaza. Easy access to the River and The Taos Ski Valley, the Gorge Bridge and hiking. Ever been to Orlando's New Mexican Cafe? This space is just a few buildings North on the same side of the road. The Taos Clay building in front has renovation going on - the Rio Lucero Farm Store will be here in summer of 2026.

This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, upstairs apartment in downtown Chama located above Off The Rails gift shop is across the street from the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad. Each bedroom is equipped with a king bed and has a door to access the shared full bathroom. For comfort & ease there is also an additional powder bathroom accessed from the main living space. The renovated kitchen has all new appliances as well as washer & dryer. Starlink internet is also available for those needing to connect.
