It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

You have the well known 28 tramway that climbs the hills of Lisbon just 5 minutes walk. If you bring a car, send the plate number, 2 days in advance, in weekdays.

Without the tourist tax of 4 euros per day per adult charged in the center of Lisbon It is a functional apartment with 78m², fully equipped, close to a small public garden, where with luck you can see green parrots flying in the early morning and late afternoon.
