Perfect house for a beach getaway

Charming beach house on a private street just 1 block from Seacliff and Rio Del Mar beaches. With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large bonus room, there's space for everyone. The roomy kitchen was completely remodeled in 2019 and new 6-person hot tub added in 2021. Close to everything, but away from the crowds, this is the perfect place for a getaway - BBQ on the main deck or soak up the sun on the roof deck. (Sorry, NO parties, NO pets) (NOTE: 14% county tax will be added to all reservations)

Our beautifully renovated 2 bedroom (Both upstairs) and 2 full bathrooms (One on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) along with a ground floor plush queen sleeper sofa and ground floor great room with dining for 7 plus a bar table separating the kitchen from the living room is in the perfect location. It's a short 2 minute walk to the beach providing a great anchor for days at the beach, yet it's only a few miles from Santa Cruz. We're two minutes from a deli, restaurant, coffee shop, and corner store. Only a little bit further you can find many more restaurants, a grocery store, and Aptos Village. We're also very close to Nisene Marks and other wonderful hikes.
