In un edificio storico, con riva d'acqua comodissimo se arrivi in taxi , ideale per raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le zone di Venezia. Arredato con gusto e carattere e con mobili di pregio, ti piacerà il passaggio delle gondole sotto alle tue finestre! cosa davvero rara a Venezia : c'è l'ASCENSORE! TV e aria condizionata in ogni stanza!

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!
