Il restauro risalta le travature e gli elementi originali della casa. E' dotato di due ampie camere, cucina, soggiorno ed un bagno. Una scala porta al suggestivo sottotetto dal quale si può ammirare l'isola di San Giorgio. It takes 5 min. walking distance from Biennale and Public gardens, where all the main ferry are stopping. Its close in Via Garibaldi and 10 min from S. Marco Square. Castello is the most lovely and colorful district of Venice. This is the place where you want to go, if you are willing to breathe the real atmosphere of Venice.

L’appartamento è situato in prossimità della Riva dei Sette Martiri, ed ha una splendida vista sui Giardini della Marinaressa e sul bacino di San Marco, in una zona che offre una vasta scelta di opportunità di svago e di relax. È composto da un’ampia area living con cucina, tre camere doppie e due bagni. Si trova a pochi minuti dai principali siti culturali ed è facilmente raggiungibile con l’utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici.

C&C Biennale Apartment 1882

Siamo due sorelle Claudia e Chiara, nate e cresciute nella Venezia più autentica. Apparteniamo alla sesta generazione di veneziani della nostra famiglia. Insieme a mamma Marisa e papà Carlo, vi apriamo le porte del nostro appartamento che si trova nel cuore del Sestiere di Castello, a due passi dalla Biennale, a 10 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco e a due fermate di vaporetto dalla spiaggia del Lido di Venezia.

Questo alloggio ha sede al 2° piano di un antico edificio risalente al 16° sec. nel complesso della Marinaressa nel Sestiere di Castello a pochi passi dal Bacino di San Marco. L'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera singola, un ampio soggiorno con smart Tv, cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno con doccia.
