This updated cabin offers one bedroom with queen size bed, a loft with two twins beds, and a futon in the living room. Kitchen with essentials and bbq on the deck.

Alpine Cabin in South Fork is a tranquil retreat surrounded by majestic mountains! Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 18 mi., it's an easy walk to National Forest, and an ATV, 4x4 or snowmobile ride from your driveway to top of Agua Ramon. Fly fish, raft, or kayak in the Rio Grande or nearby lakes and streams. Enjoy sleeping under 600 TC cotton sheets and luxurious down comforter. The cabin offers a well-stocked, open-concept kitchen. It's our Happy Place and we hope it will yours for years to come!

Rowan the Rio Hottub on Rio

Permit #STR0124 The home sits at the end of a private cul de sac butting the Rio Grande River with a Hot tub. This home features two master suites each with a king bed and full bath on the first floor. Cathedral ceiling in family room with ample room for all of your guests. The upstairs features two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other "bunk room" has four bunks in all. There is a full bath on the second floor. There are security camera's outside only on the property.

New Pet Friendly Cabin at Tiny Timbers

Completed in 2022 Beaver Creek Cabin is 750 sq. ft. with tall ceilings and 200 sq. ft. standing height loft that's home to two queen beds. The finishes are rustic and beautiful. This cozy cabin’s kitchen includes a range oven, refrigerator, sink, and eating bar. This cabin also has a washer and dryer in unit. The beautiful, covered patio looks up towards Del Norte Peak and is furnished with a grill, table and chairs, and string lights. This is our only pet-friendly large cabin!

The Rustic La Garita Cabin

This 1000sq ft cabin in the country with a very rural setting. It is quiet and relaxing, has a wood stove and is close to outdoor activities. Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Self-serve breakfast with home-made yogurt, home-made granola, home-made bread for toast, local grown organic eggs, (hot coffee, chocolate, tea) on request.
