Casa Santana is located in Playa Rosada in the world class development of Rancho Santana. Our Colonial home has all of the comforts of North America, while surrounded by the beautiful flora and fauna of the countryside of Nicaragua. Take a plunge in our pool, laze in the hammock for the afternoon, prepare all types of meals in our fully equipped kitchen, feel free to dip into the seasonal produce that is grown on our property which includes oranges, bananas, herbs and some typical Nicaraguan vegetables. Casa Santana has A/C in all rooms of the house to make your stay more comfortable. There are four bedrooms 3 with queen beds and the forth with 2 singles. All linens supplied. Each room has its own bathroom + additional pool bathroom to conveniently use while you are in and around the pool. The beach is a short 200m walk away. Casa Santana also has a back up power system so that if the power should fail, you will still have lights and fans to keep you comfortable! WiFi is also connected. Our full time staff keep Casa Santana in amazing condition. We are a short 5 min walk to the highly rated, first class Clubhouse and Bar at Rancho Santana which offers a delightful, delicious menu that is reasonably priced. Enjoy the sunset or hit the surf out front at Playa Santana beach break. This is preferably done on a low tide....if you are looking for waves - this is the spot to hit at low tide. There is excellent surfing for the beginner or the advanced surfer. Casa Santana is conveniently located appox 1 hour from San Juan del Sur....close enough to take a day trip and find many activities...or maybe an over night trip to Omotepe Island, a day to the gorgeous city of Granada or even just a stroll up the beach to Magnificent Rock which boasts stunning views! What makes Casa Santana unique is the amount of LOVE and care that we-our family has put into Casa Santana. We have made it a home and not just a rental property. We hope you enjoy your time as we do ours. :)
