The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Located 5 miles from Lewes, quietly sitting in the grounds of our 120 year old cottage and within curtilage of the impressive and historic Laughton Place tower. Little Hawthorn is situated 1 mile from the nearest main road, with access via an unmade, rustic farm track.

The Old Stables is a completely self-contained detached building with its own parking space, in the village of Buxted. The Old Stables benefits from sitting on the edge of a wild meadow where guests are welcome to take a stroll or enjoy the wildlife and peaceful birdsong. There are two pubs, a shop and train station within a 5 minute walk. Set within the boundaries of Ashdown Forest there are numerous lovely walks on the doorstep and the town of Uckfield is a short drive away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a country lane in the beautiful Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Located just steps from the Tunbridge Wells circular walk and the outstanding Dunorlan Park with stunning gardens and boating lake. The town centre with its plethora of bars and restaurants is just a 20 minute walk away. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.
