Unique townhouse with roof terrace

Info: The townhouse has been renovatet during the last years and now has new kitchen, new bathroom og renovatet roofterrace. The photos shows the House before renovating. My wonderfull townhouse in the heart of Aarhus includes: very nice and cozy roof terrace. Kitchen and livingroom as one. 3 bedrooms, 2 of them are childrens rooms. Bathroom with shower, washer and drier. My home is scandinavian style and still full of charm because of the way the house has been restored. Its located in the middle of Aarhus only a few minutes walk from the University, all the shops, cafe's and restaurants/bars. The house is hidden away from all traffic, instead you can enjoy the trees, a lawn, herbs and flowers in the courtyard. You will be very close to other attractions such as: AROS the artmuseum, The old town, botanical garden, one of Aarhus' many wonderfull beaches, the harbour and the forest. Aarhus has it all and from my place almost all of this is within a walking distance. If you need transit, there is bustransit around the corner, this will take you anywhere in Aarhus - also to the trainstation (which is 1 km away), from where its possible to travel to anywhere in Denmark. Children are very welcome in my house and there is plenty of room for them. You are welcome to contact me for the possibility of renting my home, at times that is not available in the calender. Holiday home on Tunø - island of the year 2024

Warm and vibrant family home in the charming Trøjborg neighbourhood, close to the city, beach, forest. Free private parking With 6 rooms and plenty of space for families, our home is an ideal base for exploring Aarhus. This is our personal home, where we live with our 3 children. The house is filled with art, books and character, reflecting many years of family life and creativity. Rather than a minimalist, hotel-style Airbnb, this is an authentic Danish home with personality and atmosphere.

Vidunderligt byhus med havudsigt, tæt på havet

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Dette hyggelige byhus ligger centralt og samtidig helt tæt på skov og strand. Den flotteste havudsigt fra 1.salens store terrasse lounge. Hyggelig lukket gårdhave med trampolin og dejlige kroge,- 1,5 km til Kaløvig Slotsruin Parkerings mulighed forefindes ikke direkte ved huset, men 20 meter op ad gaden hvor der er gratis parkering. Masser af dejlige indkøbsmuligheder, restauranter og caféer ligger lige om hjørnet.

Velkommen til vores charmerende lille hus – perfekt beliggende midt i Aarhus’ ældste og mest stemningsfulde kvarter. Her bor du i et roligt og historisk miljø, men stadig med gåafstand til alt: caféer, shopping, kultur, havnefronten, skoven og stranden. Huset er ideelt til både par og solo-rejsende, der ønsker at opleve byen som en lokal. Du får hele boligen for dig selv, inkl. et hyggeligt opholdsrum, køkken og fredelig privat gårdhave, hvor du kan nyde morgenkaffen.

I kommer til at bo helt centralt, 2 minutter fra Den Gamle By og ca 10 minutters gang til gågaden. På 1. Sal er der 2 gode soveværelser, et børneværelse samt to badeværelser. I stueetagen er der en stor og lys hall, køkken-alrum med udestue samt et tv stue, i den nederste etage er der soveværelse med plads til 2 personer Der er adgang til stor have med to terrasser, trampolin, grill, spabad mm Der er gratis parkering til 3 biler.

Rummeligt og velindrettet rækkehus med plads til enten en eller to familier. Beliggende i gåafstand til Den Gamle By og Aarhus centrum. Huset er på 200 m2 fordelt på stort køkken-alrum med udgang til solrig terrasse og lukket have, 3 soverum på 1 sal, 2 soverum i kælderen, og et anneks i haven uden toilet. Der er toilet med bad i kælder og 1 sal, samt et gæstetoilet på stueplan.

Huset er et hyggeligt lyst rækkehus, i et stille kvarter, ca 4 km fra centrum. Området er børnevenligt og der er store legepladser lige ved. Indkøbsmuligheder 300 m. Bus og letbane: 300-600 m. Vi er en aktiv musisk kreativ familie, der elsker at lave god mad, og rejse. Vi har en hund, som vi tager med os når I er i huset.

3 værelses hus i roligt kvarter lige uden for Århus. Der er Letbanen og bus til centrum få min. gang fra huset. Huset har egen overdækket p-plads og have på begge sider. Aarhus C. ligger 14 km herfra, Kalø slotsruin 10 km. , Mols Bjerge 18 km og Djurs Sommerland 28 km herfra.
