Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wangen. Wangen ist ein kleines Dorf der Gemeinde Ritten und befindet sich oberhalb von Bozen. Von Bozen sind wir 17 km entfernt(20 Autominuten). Sie können uns über den Ritten oder durch das Sarntal erreichen. Unser Dorf verfügt leider über kein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Vor der Wohnung ist eine Liegewiese und Spielplatz für Kinder und für Ihr Auto steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich eine Gaststätte, wo Sie gerne einkehren könne

Wohnung 3 Schlafzimmer und Terrasse in Pfalzen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

La nostra baita di montagna si trova sull'Altopiano di Pinè, nel cuore del Trentino nella tranquilla località di "Pitoi" a Regnana, frazione del Comune di Bedollo (TN) a 1350 metri sul livello del mare. E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. Potrete passeggiare immersi nella natura gustando il profumo di alberi e funghi, vi rilasserete nell'ampio giardino attrezzato, riposerete in letti morbidi e accoglienti... Außerdem bietet die Lage ein optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, der Teich am Hof eine optimale Abkühlung im Sommer oder Platz zum Eishockey-spielen im Winter und der Stall und die Gehege eine ausgezeichnete Möglichkeit den Tieren etwas näher zu kommen. Das Apartment bietet Platz für vier Personen und einen tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
