Selvista: Casa Chilamate canopy top jungle studio

This spacious, self contained tree-top cabin with viewing deck is a bright and airy, naturally finished room sitting in the canopy at the base of Volcano Maderas. It is west facing, w views to Volcano Conception. Located just 10 minutes outside of Balgue and ten minutes from the trailhead to Maderas lagoon, this is a convenient 'jungle' setting. Breakfast fruits, juice and a coffee, WiFi, parking, travel assistance, advice + tours of our farm included- gratis. A true island adventure!

Ananda Guesthouse is a true one-of-a-kind sustainable guest house with only 5 guest spaces. This 100m2 private 1 bedroom apartment offers jaw dropping views from each of its huge 9 screened windows. Open plan design the space includes a king size bed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living, bathroom and a huge terrace. Located above the village of Balgue we offer sweeping views of Concepcion active volcano & Lake Cocibolca. Our view is often chosen to appear in promotional videos of the island.

Ananda is a one-of-a-kind sustainable off-grid guest house. Situated on the foothills of a dormant volcano inside a Biosphere cloud forest Reserve we are surrounded by nature and yet only a 10minute walk from some great restaurants. This large 50m2 suite looks onto an active volcano & Lake Nicaragua. It includes in-room WIFI, en suite bathroom with solar heated hot shower & covered private porch with dining area & hammock. The suite connects internally to the well equipped shared kitchen.

Our studio apartment is the latest addition at Ananda Guesthouse and is our most beautiful guest space. With 85m2 of private space and including jaw dropping views of Concepccion Volcano and Lake Nicaragua, the open plan design includes a bedroom area with king size bed & night tables, a full size kitchen with oven, dining area and living space with L-shape couch & front porch with hammock. The private bathroom in this space is amazing with over 20m2 including an indoor and outdoor shower.

Imagine waking up in the morning by the birds and monkeys and that you start your day with yoga looking over the ocean.
