Auf insgesamt 60 qm erwarten dich ein durchdachter Grundriss, moderner Einrichtungsstil, viel Romantik und ein Hauch von Luxus, umrahmt von alten Natursteinmauern. Lehn dich zurück und genieße die Aussicht auf das Meer, die umliegenden Berge und die Altstadtdächer von Varoš.

Home with the view

The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Quiet place 10 minutes from the three town fortresses and 5 minutes from the center will give You unique experience and put You in the focus of events in the city. You will need five min. by walk uphill from the main city square to get to an apartment. It is a small family building with the common staircase that has separated entrances to each apartment. The loft is located on the third floor. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is some easy accessible in within 10 min by walk.
