Ruby Rose is the perfect off-grid glamping getaway-a unique fully-equipped converted horse lorry in its own field on a smallholding near Totnes.Although completely off-grid,it has every home comfort,including wi-fi,TV,gas cooker,fridge/freezer,hot-air heating and modern compost loo and shower. Decking areas, outside the living space and bedroom give wonderful views of the countryside. You have sole use of the whole field with al fresco dining area,barbecue, swings,table tennis and its own hens!

You can relax and unwind in quiet surroundings just a short walk from the village of Meavy with the Royal Oak pub on the green. Here, you can enjoy a good meal and pint of ale whilst sitting under the old oak tree. The historic market town of Tavistock is perfect for shopping, eating out and enjoying a coffee. There are many walks and cycle rides, right from the door into the heart of the Dartmoor national park.

You can enjoy a great view from the top deck which sleeps 6, with a double bed, bunk bed, sofa bed and lounge area, giving you all the comforts you need. The bottom deck has a fully functioning kitchen including cooker, fridge/freezer, seating area and breakfast bar. You can enjoy your dinner on the back row seats! Outside in the bus shelter is your own toilet and shower. Ding dong! All aboard !

Our place is situated in the close proximity of Woodbury Common ~10 min, Jurassic Coast ( Sidmouth beach) ~20 min. , Exeter, one of the large city in Devon ~20 min., Exeter Airport ~10 min. There are also several beautiful walks you could take in the neighbourhood.

A beautifully renovated and painted vintage 1960s caravan set in a secluded meadow surrounded by trees, a gentle stream and abundant flora and fauna. Guests have the whole area to themselves so it feels like your own private retreat in nature. The caravan can sleep 2 people in a double bed. There is a simple field kitchen for preparing meals and a fire pit for chilly evenings. There is a compost toilet and woodland hot water shower.

A glamping option for those of you who wish to camp without the rigmarol. Our teeny caravan, sleeps two on one bed. There is storage underbed drawer. We have also provided a table and chairs outside. In the caravan, you get a kettle and a mini fridge. There is an electric connection. Please read on to see the different shared areas.
