To be aware, it is not 10 minutes to Snowdon as the description says, it's a 30 minute drive.

We are a 19th century refurbished stone house situated five minutes walk from Llangollen centre with off road parking. We have an abundance of activities including kayaking courses,(storage and drying available here), paddle boarding, international mountain bike downhill track. We also have numerous walks including the Offa’s Dyke path and for the less energetic a relaxing horse drawn boat experience. We are also in close proximity of the many wedding venues in the area.

Primrose Garden Studio Near Chester & Chester Zoo

We have lovingly converted the attached space to our home, Primrose Villa, to create Primrose Garden Studio, a self-contained space for guests. With two country pubs within walking distance, Chester zoo just 4 miles away and Chester city centre a ten minute drive we are ideally located for exploring this lovely part of Cheshire. Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, large windows, and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Fitz is a rural location, close to the River Severn but also only 10 mins drive to the medieval, market town of Shrewsbury. Birthplace of Charles Darwin, Shrewsbury has many independent cafes /shops and 600+ listed buildings. Great location if you are attending a wedding at Malt House Barn - 1.5 miles, Pimhill - 3 miles away or Rowton Castle, 7 miles away.
