This lovely one bedroom self catering apartment is in a quiet, residential area and is the perfect location in which to explore Dublin. The apartment is a short walk (6 minutes) to Rathmines. Rathmines is a vibrant neighbourhood bustling with shops, restaurants and bars. Rathmines is a short walk (3km) or bus ride to the city centre where you can experience some of the best food and drink Dublin has to offer aswell as easy access to explore all of Dublins hidden gems on foot, bike, bus or train.

River Lodge

This beautiful granite gate lodge is over 200 years old and is tucked inside the entrance to The Manor Cottages. It overlooks the Brittas river which is full of wildlife all year round. The cottage has recently been renovated in a traditional style but with all the modern day comforts. The cottage has a romantic feel to it and is wonderfully private. The cottage has its own designated parking area and a large private garden. It’s close to both Dublin and the airport yet feels wonderfully remote.

It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes Free parking is located a 5 minute walk from the apartment

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.
