Gellibant Cottage, Breathtaking Rural Retreat

Gellibant is a rural remote peaceful retreat, with breathtaking views set in its own gardens within our working mountain farm. It has been recently fully renovated to the highest standard with all mod cons, whilst remaining in keeping with its traditional features and natural charm. Gellibant has unrivalled views of beautiful Cwm Nantcol, and the dramatic Rhinog Mountains. This charming property accommodates 2-4 guests. We also have a sofa bed (small double) in the snug for 2 additional guests.

Little Pudding Cottage 's Welsh name is Pontbren-Ddu and is a beautiful example of a country hideaway. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. The accommodation is full of character and original charm, while maintaining the modern comforts of home. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

With panoramic views over the surrounding farmland, the farmhouse is just the place to sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet or as a base to savour all that mid Wales has to offer. 15 mins to Dyfi Ospreys, Ynyshir RSPB, Talyllyn Railway. Follow local footpaths and cycle routes, and see nature at its best with Red Kites soaring in the skies above.

Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Snowdonian Barn at Pentrewern

Now with newly updated photos! Our beautiful eco-friendly barn, set within the Snowdonia National Park, is a mix of traditional stone exterior and contemporary interior, within landscaped woodland gardens. We have 360 views of the mountains, and are near Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Coed-y-Brenin, Lake Vyrnwy and Cadair Idris. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and a twin - and a bathroom.

Pretty sunny cottage, Machynlleth

A lovely old renovated cottage with inglenook fireplace, wood burning stove and mezzanine. It is well equipped for your stay as I have tried to make it a home from home for you with many books and houseplants. There will always be some welcome goodies and you can sleep in snuggly beds made up with 100% cotton or organic cotton sheets and feather and down duvets. The cottage is situated in the pretty wooded Dulas valley near the historic town of Machynlleth, close to Snowdonia and the sea.

A stone barn converted to a high standard semi-detached dormer bungalow, in the grounds of the owners home on a working farm which also includes a Shepherd's Hut, 6 miles from Dolgellau, 13 miles from Bala ,14 miles from Barmouth. The barn has been refurbished and is a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in a peaceful location overlooking Welsh countryside with stunning views from each angle to include the Aran Fawddwy, Aran Benllyn, Rhobell Fawr and Cader Idris mountains.
