In the centre of Youlgrave by the church; there’s many walks around the beautiful Georgian village/countryside with the Bradford & Laithkill Dales a short stroll away.

Youlgreave is a hidden gem in the heart of the Peak District, that feels unchanged through time, it has three great pubs, many walking routes, and a local village store and deli. Bakewell is a few minutes drive away.

Chalet in the grounds of a large garden in the beautiful Peak District village of Youlgrave (good pubs & shops). Spectacular walks on doorstep. My mother was Swiss German and she had a large greenhouse made into the Chalet in 1992. In 2017 we fully renovated this quirky building. Easy parking, twin beds with new high quality firm memory foam mattresses in 2020, no smoking, ONE dog friendly. This cosy, stone cottage sits in the centre of this popular Peak District Village .I has been furnished with comfortable quality furnishings and is equipped with everything needed for a quality break The beamed lounge with a log burner. Wood is provided for one fire 1st Oct - 1st April. Access to the South facing private, enclosed back garden is perfect for Al fresco eating or just to relax after a days walking.
