Stratford, Olympic Park, Westfield, and Hackney Wick are easily accessible, as well as some of London's best green spaces. Good transport to central London.

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. The houseboat is custom-designed with every possible comfort, including super fast Wifi, smart TV with content streaming services, and supremely comfortable beds. Radiators throughout the boat make this a comfortable year round option.

I have a cosy terraced house in north London just a 5-min walk from Wood Green station on the Piccadilly Line. You'll have your own room and your own bathroom. Wood Green has a vibrant shopping area and a variety of restaurants, pubs & cafes. If you’re a footie fan, shuttle buses run between Wood Green & the Spurs Stadium on match days. You’ll need to book the bus! If you're an Arsenal fan, it's only 4 stops to Arsenal and you're in striking distance of the Emirates stadium - pun intended!

Off street parking available. Shared facilities include kitchen, lounge/diner and wet room. Andrey, who lives with me, will welcome you when I am not immediately available. I will always be present overnight. St Albans is a vibrant Historical town less than 25 minutes by train to London.

It's a short walk from Golders Green. We are close to Hampstead Heath, a beautiful expanse of meadow & woods.
