Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

Equi-distant 5 min walk to both Dun L and Glasthule dart stations. Surrounded by lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
