The Apple Store

The Apple Store is a beautiful and meticulously clean converted agricultural building that sits in the lovely gardens of a 16th Century house. Perfect for a staycation and set in a peaceful, rural location, the property is approximately 1.5 miles from Marden village and .75 mile from Hush Heath vineyard. Ideal for visits to local National Trust and RHS properties like Sissinghurst Castle, Leeds Castle and Great Dixter. Trains from Marden station to London run all day and take less than an hour.

The Cabin - a little ranch house. A peaceful haven

Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. The studio is within the outskirts of the Hever castle estate, near to fantastic countryside walks, pubs and idyllic settings. With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom you can enjoy your own private space away from the hustle and bustle of life. With a private garden to the rear there is ample space to while away an evening in nature. The property offers access to adjacent woodland, boasts off-road parking, security and tranquillity. Self Contained Garden Studio with stunning views

The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Compact shower/wc.

Bright, cosy and welcoming cabin, Fern Hollow

Fern Hollow is a perfect place to retreat and rest, cosily and comfortably at the bottom of my garden, behind my 1950's semidetached home. It is a unique little hideaway in Rusthall, on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. Sensitively and skillfully built out of a collection of architecturally salvaged materials. Warmed effectively by a woodburning stove the living area is a comfortable and bright place to work or relax. There is a little kitchen area and a sofa by the fire and dining table.

Cosy Hut with TV, Wifi. Amazing walks and pubs

Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Cosy Rural Retreat with Log Burner

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all The Lodge offers a romantic hideaway, with exclusive use of the hot tub jacuzzi and a low height mezzanine sleeping area on a futon mattress where you can star watch in bed while listening to the local owls.

Old Smock Mill is a romantic place for couples. The atmosphere inside is peaceful and relaxing. Everything is designed to unwind you from the moment you walk in. It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. Guests have said how hard it is to tear themselves away, it truly is a treasure to find.
