Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

The Nook at Newalls- luxury shepherd’s hut

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in its own private meadow, enjoying far reaching views of the fells. Choose to hunker down in the hut with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore Kendal and the beautiful Lake District National Park. Gorgeous 1 Bed Cottage - Tranquil - Lake District

Pip's Hideaway is our gorgeous 1 bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage situated on our family-run livestock farm, in the hamlet of Selside, close to Kendal and the Lake District. It was lovingly created from an old farm building in 2012 to a high standard keeping traditional features. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring all the Lake District has to offer. (A car is highly recommended) We are 9 miles from Bowness on Windermere , 11 miles from Ambleside and 23 miles from Keswick.
