High-End Condo Across From Major Recreation Trail

Swim in season in the shared pool a few steps away, returning to refresh in an extra-large shower with both rainfall and handheld attachments. Pour a cup of French-press coffee and watch Netflix on the Smart TV from the comfort of the leather sofa. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffee pot, french press, baking and cooking-ware, crockpot, all the basics (plates, bowls, glasses, silverware). Guests have private access to the entire unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. The swimming pool is shared with others living in the complex. I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

Double Master Unit in Gorgeous Victorian Mansion

An 1886 Victorian brick mansion, updated with modern convenience & style. This unit is a double master which spans two floors with a master suite downstairs including bath with jetted tub & shower & another master suite upstairs with jetted tub and skylighted shower. There are also two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The two TV's have Netflix subscriptions and a Roku for other shows. Wireless is screaming fast. There is a private deck through french doors with a skyline view.

My condo is a two-level industrial penthouse loft with city views from every room. The home has tons of natural light and is centrally located within Denver. Enjoy spectacular views of the city skyline at night and the Rocky Mountains in the day while cooking on the outdoor gas grill located on the large furnished balcony. It has an open floor plan which includes a large gourmet kitchen with island, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, large bedroom, TV room and two full bathrooms.
