If desired, we are delighted to guide you through the house and share with you almost 200 years of our home's rich history. The apartment is a converted brewery with views towards the Ardclooney River and the hills above. 4 miles from the picturesque riverside town of Killaloe/Ballina and pubs, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, markets, fishing and watersports/beaches of Lough Derg.

Situated 2 min from Exit 23 off the M7 Motorway on the outskirts of the village of Moneygall where the pub and shop are within walking distance. It provides a wonderful base for exploring the heart of the country while also allowing further journeys to some iconic tourist sites.
