One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Reverse cycle air-con in main area and electric oil heaters in each room.Tank water. The decor & furnishings are in keeping with that era, while gentle renovations provide modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathrooms.

Mooring 91 is a bright 2 bedroom property set on the bank of the Tamar River. Mooring 91 has been created to accommodate 2-4 guests. You will be comfortable year round with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The kitchen boasts a full sized gas stove top and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom also has a hair dryer and straightener and Tasmanian made guest amenities.
