Private Suite in Georgian Manor, Lanhydrock Bodmin

A large bedroom with en suite bathroom with excellent shower. Sleigh king size bed. Private second room containing a sofa and a double bed over looking the gardens. This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. There is only the one bathroom and that is en suite to the main bedroom. Free use of the tennis court & courtyard. A complimentary light continental breakfast is provided. Enjoy your stay.

We live in our Country home surrounded by our gardens and the glorious South Devon countryside. We live on the first floor of the property, whist guests will enjoy a large Super-king bedroom,Twin room , or Double room (a choice of bedrooms for one couple,family or guest bubble ) inc private bathroom , private lounge & own entrance ,all are located on the ground floor with Country views. Continental breakfast is included. Furry 4 legged friends welcome. Ample parking in large gated drive way.

The Garden Studio Sunny, stylish private suite

The Garden Studio is a delightfully sunny, stylish suite on the second floor of an imposing granite townhouse in the historic heart of bustling, Medieval Lostwithiel. Enjoy a super-king sized bed, large private bathroom with double shower and two pretty balconies. Private access is through a door in the wall of the of the 'secret' garden - which guests are welcome to enjoy. The suite is accessed via an external staircase. Pottery lessons can be booked on request in my on-site pottery studio.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Seascape, Mevagissey cliff top B & B apartment.

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom supplied with locally made soaps. Breakfast of home made bread and preserves, cereals, grapefruit and yogurt. Juice, Cornish Tregothnan Tea and a range of coffees.

Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Chapel Amble Lodge

Chapel Amble Lodge is a newly built cabin set in the secluded garden of our family home. The lodge has its own access and front door along with small kitchenette and sitting area. The bedroom has its own en-suite shower-room. There is even a private south facing terrace from which to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. With the nearby gem that is St kew Pub, Chapel Ample is the perfect base from which to explore local beaches, take rugged coastal walks and visit nearby Port Isaac.

Minutes from Roughtor on Bodmin Moor, 'Gwynnardh' has a private snug area leading into a luxury double bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom (no shower). It is an ideal year round base for couples and solo travellers, walkers, cyclists, surfers, nature lovers, and anyone interested in the locations of Doc Martin and Poldark.

2-Bedroom Annex B & B in Dartmoor National Park

Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. You can be assured of a warm welcome - and a fresh home cooked breakfast; beautiful moorland walks on the doorstep and an extremely popular pub (Peter Tavy Inn) within five minutes walk from our house.

Delightful 1-bed annex with free, on-site parking

Circa 1780, The Smithy is part of a Grade II listed, thatched property. Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside. Accessed via steps to a stable door is a relaxing living/dining space, a double bed on a mezzanine floor and a small shower room. Guests have access to a small patio with seating in the cottage's lovely gardens.

We are welcoming guests to stay in our magical Wizard’s Rest... Discover a little hollow where the wizard is found, through the secret garden in the castle grounds. Because our wizard has gone on a journey searching for magical dragon eggs, we are offering guests a chance to step away from the castle with our brand new experience of the Wizard's Rest, and enjoy the tranquil place he uses for his spells and meditation.
