The Studio is designed with guests in mind to include all the modern luxuries such as a Nespresso machine for your morning brew, a cosy bed, Smart TV, a rainforest shower head, white fluffy towels, heated towel rail & bathroom essentials.

Airy, converted stables with luxurious accommodation ideal for a couple or with baby. Large bedroom/sitting room, king size bed & luxury ensuite bathroom, towels and toiletries. Outside comfortable covered seating area, cooking area with beautiful views, chiminea. 3 acre Paddock attached. Inside fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, TV and DVD. Set in private grounds. 1.5 miles from Hay-on-Wye in a rural yet accessible area for all year round breaks. Private parking. Dogs welcome (see conditions)

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Modern Studio in Long Ashton

LUXURY MODERN STUDIO: Spacious studio with free secure parking. Newly built, Wi-Fi, fully heated and insulated for all year round use. The studio is set within walking distance of Ashton Court Estate, and a short drive from Clifton Village and Central Bristol. Additional double bed available for an extra 2 guests; £60 fee per night, charged on arrival. Please specify this to the host, at the time of booking. NOTE: this studio is a separate dwelling within the grounds of main family home.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Freesat T.V and Wifi If you wish to stay connected to the outside world or peace and quiet if not.

Apple Tree Lodge, a characterful brick and timbered building accessed via external wooden steps comprising a large open plan sitting/dining room with vaulted ceiling and triple aspect windows along with a wood burning stove. Sumptuously furnished, with a kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Situated on the Shropshire border near the market town of Ludlow - the food capital. Set within beautiful, peaceful countryside, the Lodge is open plan living with rustic original features. Smart TV.

Our stylish & cosy hideaway is the ultimate escape where you can re-wild yourself in acres of tranquility. Wander straight out the door onto the mountains taking in some breathtaking views. Return home to the sauna, soothe tired limbs & then relax by spinning some vinyl from the record collection, whilst the log burner crackles & the owls enthusiastically serenade as dusk sets in! (plus we now have an indoor padel ball court for you to exercise your inner Federer!!)

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Bwthyn Bach (little cottage) is our beautiful, self-contained studio, boasting incredible sunset views of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-Fan from your bedside. It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
