Chic 1 bedroom apt with balcony 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds. Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps.
