The bonus is being able to park in carport and walk into front street, as parking can be a challenge on the busier days.

This Victorian style house was built in 1920. It features high ceilings, tall windows, and beautiful wood floors. The charming Phinney Ridge neighborhood of Seattle is an excellent choice for families with children or anyone who wants a central but safe and quiet location. We're right across the street from the Woodland Park Zoo / playground, and plenty of fantastic kid-friendly restaurants to choose from. You will find parking is free and easy-to-find on the street in front of our home. Or just jump on a bus right down the street which takes you right to Pike's Market.
