Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!

Spacious private-entry guest suite converted from the home’s master bedroom. Fully separate from the main house with keypad access, private attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, large TV, mini fridge, microwave, and seating area. Sleeps up to 3 with a king-size bed and optional full bed. Located in a historic 1895 home—updated but with a few quirks: toilet paper goes in the trash (older pipes). Quiet space, no parties. I live on-site, respect your privacy, and am always available if needed.

You can utilize the kitchen where we supply basic spices, kitchen supplies, several different baking pans, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, keurig coffee, tea, ice, cream & sugar, and a fridge/freezer. Guests have their own separate fast wifi & Roku TV. The private bedroom has black out curtains. Soap/shampoo, towels, makeup towel available.
