This super fun house is perfectly located in Riverside; Jacksonville's most fun neighborhood. You can walk to bars, restaurants, yoga studios, shops, and more. We'll also send you a link to our personal G00gle doc with local tips for things to do, where to shop, and where to eat/drink. Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

Bohemia

Enjoy a stylish art inspired experience at this centrally-located place. This 700 sq ft ( 65 sq m) apartment was inspired by the previous long term tenant who was from Serbia. This self-proclaimed gypsy was all about the Bohemian vibe with edgy colors, light wood and funky decor. Located in Riverside, this apartment is located walking distance to many well established restaurants and bars and the interstates. This is a self-contained one bedroom apartment that is 1/2 of a duplex. (side by side)

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. Please note that there is no kitchen. Only a microwave and mini fridge. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids.
