Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. The WiFi is very fast making remote work and streaming easy and doable. There is free designated parking right outside the building for multiple vehicles, and there's seamless self check-in so you can arrive any time.

Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. Brand New queen sleeper sofa! This cozy basement apartment boasts all the comforts of home and a stylish designer look. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.
