Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

This ground level ADA friendly (wheel chair accessible) studio apartment comes with access to a large Gym, Pool, Hot Tub, Clubhouse w/ a Pool Table and Shuffle Board, BBQ Grills, Firepits, and Pickle Ball Courts. Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Brand New queen sleeper sofa! This cozy basement apartment boasts all the comforts of home and a stylish designer look. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.

This private guest suite in Cedar Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mt. Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
