Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

Pete's Hideaway

If you are looking for a wonderful experience, you have found the place. Single family home, main floor living, plenty of driveway parking, fenced yard, in quiet neighborhood. No sharing the space with the owner and no adjacent tenants. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths & loft play area with a futon bunk bed for additional sleeping options. The cozy comfortable living room with gas fire place is a wonderful place to snuggle up and watch movies, the dining room has seating for 6 plus 3 at the kitchen bar.

Historic Church and School house

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Close to I-15/ SLC airport/downtown 25/ SKIING 30/Provo 30 min or less away. FAST WIFI, ROKU, exposed brick and beams, detailed finishes, wood floors, marble shower, down comforter, Galley kitchen with high end appliances. Breakfast oatmeal & coffee is stocked in the kitchen and is included w/your stay.

This 1 BD/1 BA luxurious space is only a 30 minute drive to the ski resorts in SLC, 50 minutes to Park City, 20 minutes to the SLC Airport, 20 minutes to Downtown SLC, 25 minutes to Provo. Centrally located to everything, you can really enjoy your stay in UT. Our space is beautifully decorated and the complex has tons of amenities such as pool, foosball, work space, swimming pool, hot tub, pickle-ball court, grilling area for BBQs, workout room, yoga room, arcade area, and much more.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

The Cozy Cabin: Riverton Retreat

The Cozy Cabin is a modern farmhouse, studio cabin located in the heart of Riverton, Utah with incredible large mountain views. Enjoy Utah skiing in under an hour of driving time to the top-rated ski resorts: Alta, Brighton, and Snowbird. The cabin is the perfect spot for travelers looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway. Private Studio Apartment, in South Jordan

Newly remodeled, private, basement apartment with separate entrance. Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
