Villa Poderina è un tipico casolare in pietra rosa arredato in un bellissimo stile country chic, dolcemente adagiato nella riva del fiume Candigliano situato nell’ entroterra marchigiano con una meravigliosa vista panoramica. Incastonata nel giardino, spazioso e molto curato, si trova la bellissima piscina, mentre a pochi metri all'interno della proprietà si accede all'affascinante spiaggia incontaminata del fiume con accesso privato dove è possibile fare bagni rilassanti o percorrere sentieri.

Live a unique experience for your stay in Riccione. Far from the chaos but only 1 km from the sea, our villa with private garden and internal parking welcomes you; perfect for one or two families. On the 2 floors of the house you will find: 2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 beds (and possibly a cot), 1 room with 3 beds, 2 baths with shower (one also with bathtub), as well as a kitchen with independent entrance, the living room with sofa and TV and the porch to relax after a day at the beach

Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

La villetta si trova a 200 metri dal centro storico di Gabicce Monte dove si può ammirare l'emozionante tramonto dalla Piazza Valbruna. A 1km dalla spiaggia di Baia Vallugola e le spiagge di Gabicce Mare. La villetta ha due camere doppie, una singola, due bagni, cucina e ampio salotto, giardino con possibilità di cenare all'esterno. Posto auto.

La casa è di recente risistemazione ed è disposta su 2 piani. Al piano terra c'è una cucina con sala da pranzo, un bagno ed un salotto molto spazioso. Al piano primo sono presenti le 3 stanze da letto ed un secondo bagno. L'esterno è composto da portico e grande giardino. La posizione è comoda per chi desidera visitare San Marino o il circondario, Rimini, Riccione Sant'Arcangelo, San Leo ecc...Oppure partecipare a conferenze o eventi come la Moto GP, il Rally Legend ed altro ancora.
