For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy Brick House is located just off Interstate 69 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This two bedroom, one bath will provide you with a multitude of amenities. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
