The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing, rafting, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Like to bike ride? So do we. Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's central location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended to get around the valley. We welcome pets and their responsible humans, either one large or two small/med. Let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that they be kenneled/pen/crate if left behind while you go out.
