We offer the perfect location to enjoy golf, hiking, fishing, kayaking, wine-tasting, astrophotography, family fun, a romantic escape, well earned relaxation or productive remote work with high speed Wi-Fi and full house privacy in this well appointed, dog friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin.

The Whip-poor-will's Roost (pets welcome!)

Nestled among the trees at the top of the ridge of Bell Mountain is our lovely cabin, aptly named The Whip-poor-will's Roost. These bird's distinctive calls can be heard in the early evening hours, a complimentary soundbite to the fresh mountain air. About 20 mi. from the Blue Ridge parkway, and looking out over + surrounded by Stone Mountain State Park and the Doughton Recreational area, this log cabin offers a peaceful getaway with ample access to the outdoors (including our own 18 acres).

Kelley Acres comprises 18 acres in Roaring River, NC. nestled within wine country, trout streams, hunting, rafting & golf, and 5 miles from Stone Mountain. The cabins are dated to the mid 1800's and can accommodate 6 comfortably. Full kitchen, 2 baths,laundry, A/C, Gas fireplace, the Master cabin has a Queen Cedar log bed, Living Cabin has Queen AirSoft sleeper sofa "awesome sleep" and loft with 2 single beds and room for more. Perfect for couples and families that want to slow down a bit.
