Ground floor flat with own entrance on a quiet road in the lovely Roath area which has lots of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The flat is a 15 minute walk from the city centre, so an ideal location for match days / concerts. Parking- there are 5 non-permit parking spaces next to the flat, however if these are full there is usually space further up the street or on nearby streets. Feel free to ask any questions!
