The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.

Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Just minutes from bike trails, lakes, 50th & France, and The West End, this home located on a quiet, tree-lined street is close to all Minneapolis has to offer! Though just 5 minutes from Uptown and Downton this neighborhood is much safer than those areas. The bedrooms are appointed with ultra-comfy Nectar mattresses & tencel sheets. Feel free to bring your dog(s) and enjoy the afternoon sun in the West-facing, fully fenced backyard!
