Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful in the quiet country. Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

The Rusty Bucket | Tiny home

This tiny one room cabin sits on a rural farm just 25 minutes from TAMU. Enjoy the solace of the surrounding wildlife including birds, deer, rabbits and more while sipping coffee on the porch or a beverage by the fire pit. Leave your worries and stress in town and relax as long as you like. If you’re a late sleeper, this is the perfect place for you. Small windows & darker curtains make this Murphy double bed the ideal spot for an afternoon nap. All guests enjoy early check-in/late check-out.

Cow Creek Farmhouse 2-bedroom with Kitchenette

Bring the whole family to our place with lots of room for fun. Located in Calvert Texas, we are 30 minutes from College Station, 1 hour to Waco. Bring girlfriends, kids, hunting buddies and stay with us. We offer plenty of parking for larger vehicles and trailers. We are a farming/ranching family. We have squeaky floors and faded clean carpet. Bath is shared with your guest only. We do have “spotty country internet” enough to do work, but might not be strong enough to support 3 tv’s.

The like new RV is situated at the back of our country property. If you’re seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of town, this RV is the perfect spot for you! Just under 2 miles away, you’ll find the beautiful Lake Bryan, ideal for canoeing or paddling at sunrise. And don’t forget to catch the stunning sunset at Cadillac Ranch by the lake in the evening! 15 (mostly highway) mins from Kyle field and 8 mins from Downtown Bryan. Extended stays available - just ask!

Close to Lake Limestone, Franklin ISD Ranch, Fort Parker State Park, hour drive to College Station/Bryan home of Texas A&M and an little of an hour from Waco. Additionally, close proximity to NRG Power Plant in Jewett, Luminant’s Oak Grove Power Plant in Franklin and Kosse Mine, and Twin Oaks Power Plant in Bremond. Get away to the country for a beautiful view.

Beastie Bus

Come enjoy a stay in our beautiful modern camper located in the quaint country. With this property located in the country you get to enjoy the beautiful calmness of nature while still very close to Bryan/College Station(45 minutes) as well as Franklin (20 minutes). If you're coming with small children we do have additional things you can request such as a travel basinet, bunk bed borders, booster chair, etc. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.

The Best of Both Worlds

This property truly offers the best of both worlds. Located very close to Messina Hof Winery, guest can enjoy a Friday night at the winery and Saturday at the game. This house is at the back of a quiet neighborhood with a community lake right across the street. It also is very close to the community pool and playground, which guest will have access to. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for the whole family.

Relaxed 1 bed 1 bath cottage with room to roam.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.

Little Franklin Cottage

This beautifully restored 2 bedroom home from the early 1900's has all of the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Conveniently located in downtown Franklin, with a coffee shop and donut shop both next door. Close proximity to the Franklin Ranch Park and the Franklin Drive Through Safari and walking distance to everything throughout downtown Franklin.
