Southend Airport Bed and Breakfast

Our rooms are cosy comfortable and have side lamps for a soft ambience. Double beds in both rooms with memory foam comfort toppers. We have black out blinds at the double glazed windows. Brilliant views over Southend Airport runway perfect for plane spotting. We supply Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water bottles, biscuits towels, earplugs, and fresh flowers in each room. We also include Free view T.V and Wi-fi. During the winter months the heating is set on a constant ‘warm’ setting

B&B in warm, comfortable house

This stylish place is close to the Station (1.7 miles) and Town Centre for shopping and includes free parking on driveway, Breakfast (toast, Weetabix or porridge, tea, coffee & orange juice), & wardrobe space, in a very comfortable, warm home. TV has Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPlayer, ITVx etc. Bathroom to include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. Buses at the end of the road, so is a big Asda and petrol garage and a few shops, post box, ATM machines and a pub. Lovely park next door to Asda.

Bed & Breakfast at Reynolds Farm Guesthouse

Alongside our self-catering cottages we have now added our bed and breakfast guest rooms to Airbnb. Located in the garden of England but only minutes away from numerous beaches, not to mention the short drive to the beautiful and historic city of Canterbury. We currently have two, newly refurbished, en-suite double rooms available, each are on the first floor, have TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and views over the garden and adjacent fields. Full breakfast served in the conservatory.

Small single room, library, private garden

A bright small single room in quiet village house close to local amenities and stunning country walks. Use of well stocked library. Within walking distance of country pubs, restaurants and local grocery shops. Rural walks on doorstep on North Downs way. Walking routes an maps available. Rail to London 36 mins, Bluewater 15 mins drive, Kent coast 45 minutes. Continental breakfast provided (cereals, milk, bread, toaster, spreads) can be taken in sunny farm house style kitchen or garden.

Guest Room 2 The Layer Fox

We have four cosy rooms located to the back of The Layer Fox, a grade 2 listed pub offering fantastic food and beer all year round. All rooms can be made into doubles, twins or singles and all have separate walk in wet rooms. We have 1 easy access room with a slope to the door and shower seat and one family room offering a smaller put-you-up bed for small children. Well behaved dogs are allowed Travel cot available on request Breakfast not included, can be added for an additional £12.50

Period style romantic bedroom on top floor of family house, double bed with canopy. Separate shower room shared with another guest room. Luxury English breakfast included and served in the garden in summer. 5 mins walk to train station with regular services to London (Tower of London) in 30 mins. Car parking available. 10 mins walk to Lakeside shopping centre, with shops and restaurants by the lake. Semi-rural location with plenty of outdoor spaces to explore and 3 natural reserves.

House located on a quiet road. Bedroom is at the rear of the property. Double bed, all new linen & towels. Refreshment tray, smart tv, desk & hanging space in your own closet. Bathroom all fully refurbished with demister mirror. Continental breakfast served in the dining room, secluded garden area available for your use. Distance from Chelmsford city is a 20 minute walk, 5 minute drive & buses run regularly from the end of the road. London Liverpool Street is a 25 minute train journey.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

A large super king bedroom decorated in classic English style within a period home. The room can be split to two singles with option of a third portable bed on request. A spacious room with armchair, dressing table, robes, hairdryer and amenity kits. Smart TV with complimentary Netflix access. A calm and relaxing place to spend the night. Downham Hall B&B with beautiful rooms

A stunning 400 year old home in a country setting, we have 5 rooms in our bed and brekfast. The property is very highly specified in rolling countryside but only 1.5 miles from a major town and within easy reach of some great little villages.
