Welcome! Enjoy a Fabulous 180 degree water view out our master bedroom and living room. Walk to Orleans village, art galleries, restaurants & shopping. Bike to Beaches and baseball all within a mile. One floor condo is good for couples, solo adventurers, small families. One full bath with shower and one half bath, plus an outdoor shower. Master BR has Queen bed. Second BR has a queen bed with a twin pull out. We have tiny ants in the kitchen. We set ant traps and a mint plant by the sink.

This cozy cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Cape + Islands. 15 min. walk to Dyer Prence Beach /Eastham side of Rock Harbor. Also close by is the wild Atlantic Ocean, fresh water ponds, and Bike Trail. Close to Orleans center, enjoy restaurants + shopping. Nearby towns with unique attractions, Chatham, Provincetown + Hyannis for ferries to Nantucket +Martha’s Vineyard, must do day trips! The property owners and their dog Charlie girl live in the barn at the rear of the property.

18+ Lovely waterfront tranquil getaway. All nearby houses hidden! This gem of a spot has been curated to soothe the soul! The cottage is sitting on Bakers Pond with an unobstructed view surrounded by conservation land *The driveway abuts a road* Wildlife can be observed. Swim or fish in this very clean kettle pond! The edges of the pond require water shoes for comfort as this is a natural body of water with no man-made beach/interference of nature. Kayaks, and life jackets available

Breezy Bay Cottage in the Pines

Cedar shingles, green shutters, a 1940s cottage in Eastham's pine Cottage grove. 1 BDR cottage that sleeps 2: a queen bed and a daybed piled with cushions. The screened porch sits flush against the trees with charcoal grill and picnic table otside. A cedar outdoor shower rinses you off under the open sky. .4 mi to Fort Hill, 2.6 mi to First Encounter Beach, 2.9 mi to Coast Guard Beach (New England's #1). Come inside to warm cedar and a skylit ceiling. Cool, quiet, and all yours.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Beachfront Cottage on White Pond (Marshmallow)

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Cranberry Cottage #8 - Littleneck

A perfect Cape Cod getaway for couples or individuals! This quaint studio cottage offers a clean, private space to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer during the summer months. The cottage is equipped with one queen size bed, a kitchenette, an indoor and outdoor shower, wireless internet, a grill, as well as an outdoor dining/sitting area including a hammock. Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS!
