Welcome to River House Social Retreat, a relaxing getaway destination designed for days and evenings well spent with family and friends with an in ground pool rental option. It's located adjacent to our sister property, River's Edge Retreat. When both homes are booked together, they can accommodate up to 22 guests. This home offers a vibe centered around connection, family competition and comfort. Your group can enjoy pool table clashes, foosball showdowns, card night or settling in for a movie.

River's Edge Retreat Historic Home + Pool option

Welcome to River's Edge Retreat. This beautifully restored historic home sits just across the street from the Mississippi River and blends old-world charm and modern updates. It's located adjacent to our sister property River House Social Retreat. When booked together can accommodate up to 22 guests. Built in 1900, the home features stunning original woodwork, hardwood floors, and a large wraparound porch. Also, you have the option to book access to a private salt water pool.

You even have access to renting a private pool less than a mile away. We are only 11 miles from the TBK Sports Plex in Bettendorf, IA. Our premium cottage rentals include a primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second bedroom to accommodate up to 6 guests. They come furnished and provide a private bathroom, air conditioning, two flat screen TV’s, and a fully appointed kitchen. Each rental also comes with a screened-in porch, picnic table and fire pit for your outdoor enjoyment.
